What is the Admin Panel 

Users with Site Admin privileges on AMP Health have access to additional features and functionality used to configure the platform. To access the Admin panel, click your profile image in the top right of the screen and then select Admin from the dropdown menu.

The left hand navigation will display the Amin features which include Instance Settings, Employers, Locations, Users, Topics, and Exports.  Information is provided for each feature below. 

 

We recommend that you also review the additional knowledge articles for Employers, Locations and Custom Fields as each article provides more in-depth information on the features.  

 

Instance Settings can be used to update the name of your organization and to add Custom Fields that apply to all Employers and Locations.

Use the Employers tab to view and edit existing Employers to add new ones. Click Add Employer or select an existing Employer to open the Employer Editor.

Add the Employer Name, Description and any Custom Fields relevant to just this Employer, then click Complete

Use the Locations tab to view and edit existing Locations and add new ones. Locations are associated with specific Employers. Click Add Location or select an existing one to open the Location Editor. Select the Employer, add the Location Name, Description (optional), and Address (Optional), and any Custom Fields relevant to just this Location, then click Complete

 

The Users tab allows you to manage Existing Users—both Employees and Providers. To add a new user, click Create User.  Admin-Create User.png

Add the Required information, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Role, and assign the relevant Employer(s) and Location(s). Click Complete. Note that a Provider can be assigned to one or more Employers as well as one or more Locations.  Employees must be assigned to a single Employer and single Location.

To edit an existing user, search their name in the Search bar and select their name form the list. The User's current profile information will be displayed.

Click Settings to edit existing user information, Deactivate the user, or Send the user an invitation to Amp Health.
